- Event decoration and design services
- Custom balloon arrangements and installations
- Party planning and coordination
- Venue decoration services
- Custom design consultations
3. Booking and Payment
Consultation Services: Some services require a consultation before final pricing. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your requirements and provide a customized quote.
Direct Payment Services: Certain services require immediate payment at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by service. Please review your service agreement or contact us for specific cancellation terms.
4. Custom Designs
For services requiring custom designs, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to submit your design preferences. We reserve the right to decline designs that are not feasible or violate our creative standards. Revisions may be subject to additional fees.
5. Event Date Changes
Changes to your event date must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the original date, subject to availability. Last-minute changes may result in additional fees or forfeiture of deposit.
6. Liability
Alaisa Wonderland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and creative materials produced by Alaisa Wonderland remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
8. Photography and Marketing
By using our services, you grant Alaisa Wonderland permission to photograph your event and use these images for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to have your event photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before your event.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
